We're Going On A Field Trip!!

 

On Tuesday, May 23rd, our class will be going to the Ontario Science Centre.

 

The permission form was sent home in your child's backpack today. Your signature granting permission is needed, along with the $6.00 trip fee by Monday, May 15th.

 

Volunteers will be needed to supervise groups of children. If you would like to volunteer, please complete the relevant section of the permission form.
