We LOVE Worms!!

 

On one of the very rainy days, we found lots and lots of worms outside.

 

 

 We decided to bring them inside.

.

 

 

 We found a book all about earth worms from the library.

 

Did you know...

 a worm has five hearts!

 

 We even measured the worms!

 

 

And drew the worms...

 

 

We even made worms out of playdough!

 

 

We learned that it's OK to handle worms if you follow these four tips:

  -keep them out of the sun

-be gentle

-put them back after 10 minutes

-wash your hands
